Em repouso absoluto!

Depois da lesão que me impediu de concluir a prova em Bilbao, venho a descobrir que tenho uma inflamação no tendão do ombro esquerdo. De acordo com o fisioterapeuta, tenho que estar em repouso absoluto, ou seja, sem treinos de Basket e Atletismo.
Se tudo correr bem estarei apto para participar na "Meia Maratona Internacional de San Sebastian" (Espanha).
